Information

Lawyer currently pursuing a Specialization in Criminal Law at the University of Buenos Aires and serving as a teaching assistant in Criminal Theory and Sentencing at the same institution. She holds a law degree from the National University of Rosario.

She began her career at the Judicial Management Office of the Criminal Justice Center of the Province of Santa Fe, where she gained experience in the operational functioning of hearings and the preparation of judicial documents. She later worked at the Gender-Based Violence Office within the Sexual Offenses Unit of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, where she participated in the investigation of criminal cases involving gender-based violence, including conducting interviews, gathering evidence, drafting motions and procedural documents, and assisting during both investigative and trial stages.

She continued her work at the Office for the Prevention of Institutional Violence within the Provincial Public Defense Service, where she prepared reports on detention conditions, handled complaints, and drafted habeas corpus filings and legal briefs at various stages of the criminal process.

She later joined Beretta Godoy Law Firm as an attorney, participating in M&A transactions —both domestic and international— in the energy and natural resources sector, advising foreign companies (including projects under the RIGI), and conducting due diligence, reports, and legal documentation, much of it in English.

She is currently part of Estudio Durrieu, where she works on compliance matters and provides legal advice in economic criminal law, handling cases related to money laundering, fraud, and financial offenses.
