Salvatore Tolone Azzariti holds a MJur and DPhil in Law from Oxford University and received his law degree from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. His main areas of specialization are property rights, law of globalization, law of contracts, torts, liability, human rights, and international private law.

Books & Academic distinctions: Dr. Tolone Azzariti is Distinguished Professor of Private Law. He teaches at universities such as the University of Oxford (England), Woxsen University (Hyderabad, Telangana, India), and the University of Naples Federico II, the University “Suor Orsola Benincasa” (Italy).

He was a Visiting Fellow at All Souls College and Magdalen College, University of Oxford.

Dr. Tolone Azzariti is the author of “Die Revocabilität des subjektiven Rechts und das Eigentum auf Zeit: La proprietà temporanea e le sue radici germaniche attraverso l opera di Nicola Di Prisco” (The revocability of the subjective rights and the property for time: Temporary property and its Germanic roots through the work of Nicola Di Prisco).

Since 2022 Dr. Tolone Azzariti is a member of Estudio Durrieu, focussed in the practice of international law, transnational penal law, asset recovery, cripto-currency law and civil and penal transnational litigation.

Member: Salvatore is a member of the International Legal Office, which has been operating for many years across various geographical areas: from the Americas to Europe and the Middle East, in cities such as New York, Buenos Aires, Rome, Vancouver, Paris, Madrid, Jerusalem, and Tel Aviv.
