Information

Martin is a lawyer graduated from “Universidad de Buenos Aires”. He also completed a specialization in “Administrative Economic Law” at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina; when it comes to academic achievements, we can mention that he holds a doctorate degree from Universidad de San Pablo Ceu, Madrid.

Academic activity: He is currently appointed as an adjunct professor of “Administrative Law” at the University of Buenos Aires and professor in the master ‘s programs of “Economic Administrative Law” at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina. Besides this, he has been professor of “Constitutional Law in Depth” at Universidad de Buenos Aires and an academic instructor of “State Responsibility” at the UBA and the Universidad de Belgrano.

What is more, we can refer to him as a member of “Foro Iberoamericano del Derecho Administrativo” (FIDA), of “Asociación Iberoamericana de Estudios de Regulación” (ASIER) – and “Instituto de Derecho Administrativo”, at Academia Nacional de Derecho y de Ciencias Sociales de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Along with this, Martin is the Academic Director at “Centro Iberoamericano de Estudios de Derecho Público y Tecnología”; member of the Ibero-American research group on “Global Administrative Law”, chaired by Prof. Jaime Rodríguez Arana – Muñoz; member of the “Red Iberoamericana de Función Pública”.

It is important to refer to Martin as the author of numerous publications when it comes to administrative and constitutional law, and of three books: “Responsabilidad del estado por su actividad judicial”, “La responsabilidad política de los funcionarios públicos, jueces, fiscales y legisladores” and “La buena administración en las organizaciones públicas y en la gobernanza global”, the last two published by Marcial Pons, in Argentina and Spain.
