Dr. Juan Farina has been a lawyer since 1985, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), with experience in Asset Recovery, Transnational Human Rights, and Enforcement of International Judgments, as well as Piercing the Corporate Veil and Civil and Commercial Fraud.
He specialized in High Technology Law at the Argentine Catholic University.
His main objective is to provide solutions to companies and individuals, offering comprehensive legal advice on issues that may arise in the exercise of their rights. For this reason, he constantly seeks regulatory updates and trends in legal models, especially in the incorporation of technologies, which requires great creativity due to the lack of precedents in the field (digital evidence, cybercrime, transnational fraud).
He is currently a registered attorney with the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital (C.P.A.C.F), the Judiciary of the City of Buenos Aires (CABA), and the Bar Association of Mar del Plata (C.A.M.D.P.) in the Province of Buenos Aires.
Professional experience: Prior to joining the firm, Juan worked at prestigious law firms and major companies, where he developed in various areas, allowing him to join the firm to address complex litigation, asset recovery, civil and criminal fraud, regulatory compliance, and piercing the corporate veil, among others.
Academic activity: Adjunct Professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Lomas de Zamora and guest lecturer at the Cash Institute for Bank Managers.
