Information

Dr. Juan Farina is a lawyer by the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) since 1985, with experience in Asset Recovery, Transnational Human Rights and Enforcement of International Judgments, in addition to Corporate Veil Piercing and Civil and Commercial Fraud actions.

He has specialized in High Technology Law at the Universidad Católica Argentina.

His main objective is to provide solutions to companies and individuals by offering comprehensive advice on the legal problems that may arise in the exercise of their rights. Therefore, he is in constant search of regulatory updates and trends in models, particularly in the incorporation of technologies, which requires an enormous creativity of approach due to the lack of precedents in the area (digital evidence, cybercrimes, transnational frauds).

He is currently a registered lawyer before the Colegio Público de Abogados de Capital Federal (C.P.A.C.F), in the Justice of CABA and the Colegio de Abogados de Mar del Plata (C.A.M.D.P) in the Province of Buenos Aires.

Professional experience: Prior to his incorporation, Juan has worked in renowned law firms and important companies where he has developed in different areas, which have allowed him to join the firm to deal with complex litigation, asset recovery, civil and criminal fraud, compliance, corporate veil piercing, among others.

Academic activity: Adjunct Professor of Constitutional Law at the School of Economics of the Universidad de Lomas de Zamora and guest professor at the Cash Institute for Bank Managers.
